One part of energy alchemy is the use of visualisation, which, when done correctly, really lifts your spirits and helps you embody the desired state in the now, and from experience I can tell you that its worth starting as of today!

Why wait for a specific outcome to feel good when you can experience joy right now? Ultimately, we tend to pursue an end result, but it's rather foolish to postpone our positive emotions when we can enjoy them in the present.

According to the greatest thought leaders in energy alchemy, cultivating feelings of gratitude and joy is essential for manifesting and attracting what we truly desire. After all, being miserable and operating at a low frequency isn't particularly attractive.

1. Cardio in Fresh Air: 

First thing in the morning, step outside and engage in a cardio activity that gets your blood pumping and energizes your body. Whether it's a brisk walk, jog, or a bike ride, the fresh air and movement will invigorate your senses and equip you with a sense of accomplishment first thing in the morning.

2. Breath Work: 

According to experts, involves conscious control and manipulation of the breath to promote physical and mental well-being. To practice breathwork, find a quiet and comfortable space. Sit or lie down with a straight spine. Begin by taking slow, deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Gradually lengthen the breath, aiming for a smooth and steady rhythm.

Explore different techniques like diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing, or box breathing. These techniques can help reduce stress, increase relaxation, improve focus, and enhance overall mental clarity. Regular practice, even for a few minutes each day, can yield significant benefits.

3. Meditation, Gratitude & Visualisation: 

Dr. Joe Dispenza is a renowned expert in the field of neuroscience and meditation. One of his meditation tips involves focusing on creating a clear intention and combining it with elevated emotions.

To practice this meditation technique:

  1. Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without distractions.

  2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax your body and mind. Imagine breathing from your heart, in 5 seconds, out 5 seconds, nice and slow, slowing down the vegus nerve and going into a safe place internally. 

  3. Feel gratitude, gratitude for someone, something that you have, or imagine something that makes you feel blessed and good, raise that vibratio, feel good, feel thankful.

  4. Now visualise who you wish to be, which characteristics, behaviours, thought patterns does the highest version of you have? Visualise it, see it, feel it, become it!

  5. Now visualise who you no longer wish to be, which behaviours, thought patterns, and ways of being are you going to become conscious? These are the very things that you will pay attention too, and when you catch yourself falling back into these auto-pilot ways of being, you will wake up, stop yourself in the middle of it, and re-write the old ways of being with your new embodied way of thinking and being! Slowly but surely you will be re-programming yourself.

  6. Stay in this state for a significant period, focusing on the desired outcome and amplifying the associated emotions and raising that vibration and do not get up or move on till you have embodied this state completely and feel fantastic! you got this!

  7. Set an intention for the day, write down 3 goals or an intention that you have. perhaps a hit list of what you are going to achieve in a mindful and focused manner today? For example 3 tasks that will get you further towards your goal and the intention of staying away from going un-conscious again and thinking like the old self? Get in the habit of writing down your goals and intentions for the day and working on any one thing mindfully until completion. A great habit to develop.

  8. When you are ready, release the intention and emotions into the field of possibilities, trusting that you are a conscious co-creator and are planting these seeds into the quantum field. All you need to do is feel good, trust the process, and live your best life as your highest self on the daily. Dont worry about the how or the small details, simply stay focused on feeling good and keeping that vibration high! I can tell you that great things happen when you can do this!

5. Read & learn something new for 15-20 mins each day:

When we engage in learning activities, such as acquiring new skills, studying new subjects, or challenging ourselves intellectually, our brain forms new connections between neurons, strengthens existing connections, and even generates new neurons in certain regions.

Multiple studies have demonstrated that learning stimulates the production of growth factors and increases the density of dendritic branches, which are vital for communication between neurons. Additionally, learning new information can enhance synaptic plasticity, which improves the brain's ability to adapt and change.

6.Eliminate toxic thinking and replace it with empowering, compassionate and kind self talk and all talk


Every time you catch yourself thinking negatively, replace it with kind, compassionate self talk. Not just towards yourself but others. You are learning t over write the old you, and become your best self, and it starts with replacing negativity completely from your life.

You don't need it.  If you get stuck in traffic and someone cuts you off or acts nasty, instead of dwelling, wish them well and presume that they are just having a bad day. Dont let nothing bring your vibration down for long.
